The teams I work on are always coming up with innovative ideas to improve the business and our customers’ experience. But how do you make sure that once an idea is launched that its value is maximized across the organization? This dashboard was designed to ensure that a new customer campaign achieved its full potential across various geographies and that senior leadership understood the campaign’s contributions to new business generation.
My Role
To design this dashboard mockup, I conducted several stakeholder interviews to understand the types of users and the questions they needed answered. After sketching the out structure and getting feedback from stakeholders on the wireframes, I developed high fidelity prototypes with a few data view options. Once the final design was selected, it was handed over to a teammate to develop into a dynamically updating dashboard using Tableau.
